Responsibilities: • Build relationships with clients sourced from various leads to gain an understanding of their real estate needs • Schedule appointments by converting incoming calls and conducting VIP presentations in person • Create and submit offers that align with client's preferences and requirements • Negotiate offers to secure the best price, and favorable terms, and conduct necessary due diligence • Support and guide clients through the closing process by attending closings with them • Participate in team meetings and training sessions, both in-person and via Zoom • Implement established best practices to replicate successful outcomes and celebrate achievements with the team Qualifications: • Real Estate License required • Personal accountability • Be a team player - WE is bigger than ME, see abundance as the potential • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth • Sales experience and success in achieving your goals • Strong time management skills • Willingness to Learn new tools, systems, and technology • Self-motivation to tackle consistent actions Compensation: $100,000+ Commissioned position
