Zillow Production Manager Roles Responsibilities • Understand Zillow Metrics: benchmarks minimums • Answer rate, ALM, L6m % to target, met with rate, showing homes, offer rate, conversion rate • Monitor performance for all agents on the team via google sheet and connection planning google sheet • Listen to calls and coach to ALM • Conduct regular one-on-ones with coaching designed based on where the agent is struggling • Discuss goal setting, capacity, and pipeline management on a regular basis. I recommend doing these in person but virtual works too • Run small group/team meetings to discuss new app features and talk about the team’s production • Monitor payments and close out transactions within the PA app • Understand zip code coverage/optimization • Must be able to hold the team accountable, seek and implement MEASURABLE improvements over time • Find ways to motivate the team: contests, call nights, etc • Set connection allocations monthly or Pause/unpause agents as needed • Relay team goals Responsibilities: • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration • Regularly check in with team members to track progress and provide support • Develop and implement strategies to help team members achieve their goals • Foster a positive and motivating environment to enhance team morale • Provide mental wellness support to ensure team members are mentally fit and ready to tackle challenges • Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and coaching meetings • Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement Qualifications: • Either already has or is working towards real estate license • Previous experience in the real estate industry • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends • High school diploma or equivalent required • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents • Proven experience in a coaching, advisory, or mentoring role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their best • Strong understanding of goal-setting and performance tracking • Passion for personal and professional development • Background in real estate or sales is a plus, but not required Compensation: $38,000 - $74,000
