MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:
- Analyze and Draft Cost Recap, BOM, Spec Sheets, Sell Sheets and Shipping management.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of updating daily and weekly order recaps along with yearly sales plan.
- Optimize the loading plan and simulating CBD (Container Break Down).
- Check and confirm loading quantities by destination and check buyer requirements when confirming weekly/monthly order.
- Coordination with related Production & Purchasing teams to maintain product shipping schedules.
- Assumes other duties as assigned by managers.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Input item master (SKU, dimension, etc.) in ERP (SAP)
- Processing billing, Shipment Planning in ERP
- Maintain/update through customer’s portal.
- Follow up with QC team for inspection results and CAP (Corrective Action Plan).
- Working knowledge for CFR 1632 & 1633 and preparing test samples with related teams.
- Process invoice payments and follow-up test results with CAP when it requires.
- Prepare 3rd parties and internal test samples with related teams. Process invoice payments and follow-up test results with CAP when it requires.
- BOM: work with R&D team for materials list and requisite data.
- Coordinate with related teams (R&D, QC) for new develop sample processes.
PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing - Preferred
- 1 to 2 years of applicable work experience in manufacturing industry for supply chain management/sales management/production planning/inland outbound logistics.
- Cooperate Sales account experience: Walmart or Amazon or Wayfair - Preferred
- Experience in SAP SD module – ATP check, Billing process, PO/SO Report, WM, & etc.
- Experience in loading optimization software (e.g. Cubemaster) - Preferred
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in current Microsoft Word, Power point, Operating Systems, and Excel (advanced formulas, lookups, pivot table, IBP)
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, including great presentation skills.
