    Job Description

    Well-established New York City-based helicopter tour company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. This is a remote position. Responsibilities: * Handle customer inquiries and schedule helicopter tour services * Confirms passengers for their flights in a friendly and confident fashion * Answers calls in a prompt and courteous manner * Provide information about the services * Contact passengers via phone and email to resolve scheduling conflicts * Administer credit card payments through our reservation system * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services ​ Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields * Ability to build rapport with clients * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work nights, weekends, and all holidays!
