POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for TEAM MEMBERS who are excited about the attractions industry and have a dedication to providing guest service. THE FLASH Pass Team Member’s will assist guests as they enter the rides with our products, act as ambassadors of THE FLASH Pass and it’s services, and handle product-related issues in a timely and friendly manner.

We are currently hiring for our spring and summer season. To be considered for this position, candidates must be able to provide weekend availability.

Location: THE FLASH Pass Office in Jackson, NJ at Six Flags Great Adventure

Reports To: THE FLASH Pass Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Provides exceptional service by welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly and positive demeanor.
• Promotes THE FLASH Pass to guests in assigned locations and provides accurate information including the different level of offerings and price points.
• Flexibility to complete responsibilities as a Ride Entry Attendant or Cashier during assigned shift.
• Ride Entry Attendant’s responsibilities include verifying THE FLASH Pass eligibility at assigned ride station, directing guest’s to the appropriate queue line and managing merge points, and working with Six Flags ride operations to ensure guests are loaded on the ride in a timely manner.
• Cashier’s responsibilities include entering information and operating cash register, managing various payment methods, upselling THE FLASH Pass levels, and completing end of shift cashier duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• ABILITY TO WORK WEEKENDS DURING THE OPERATIONAL HOURS AND UPHOLD SATISFACTORY ATTENDANCE. This includes the flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and have reliable transportation.
• To be eligible for employment, you must be 14 or older.
• Passionate about providing guest service and communicating in a professional demeanor while working in a fast paced environment.
• Comfortability handling cash registers and exemplifying basic math skills.
• The ability to work outside in various weather conditions such as rain, cold, and heat.
