Essential duties:
\- Communication: Answering phones, responding to emails, and communicating with staff and suppliers
\- Scheduling: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
Organization: Managing files, calendars, and office systems
\- Bookkeeping: Handling bookkeeping tasks, especially in smaller offices-
\- Preparing materials: Preparing presentations, letters, and reports
\- Ordering supplies: Ordering office supplies and supplies for events
\- Managing travel: Arranging travel and accommodations
\- Updating records: Updating computer records and databases
Qualifications:
\- 2-5 years experience
\- Ideal candidates have worked in a software company or an SAAS organization
\- Microsoft Office Suite (excel, power point, word, etc.)
Education:
\- Associates degree
