Administrative Support/Asst. Account Associate - Life Insurance

Responsible for supporting the sales/new business paperwork process to include assistance and analysis in running carrier proposal models, handling pre-application and application paperwork process as well as policy check and delivery for prospective clients who purchase life insurance, disability, and long term care insurance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years related work experience in life insurance/new business preferred 3-4 years of general administrative office experience Valid insurance license or must be obtained within 120 days Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem solving and time management skills Good attention to detail Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork Ability to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
