QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, and State Bar Membership Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-4 years’ related work experience SKILLS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to give legal guidance in a practical, business-oriented manner to non-lawyer company representatives in order to help reach solutions Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish good professional relationships with internal clients, management, and legal colleagues Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills, including ability to multi-task on multiple high-priority projects Good judgment, including good business judgment Contract review, drafting, and negotiation experience preferred, but not required Proficient in Microsoft Office products We are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees’ needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
