At ameriCARE Weatherford, located in Willow Park, TX, we are seeking a dynamic Home Care Recruiter to take a leading role in sourcing and recruiting top-notch caregivers and administrative staff to support our expanding operations.     Job Summary:

    As our Home Care Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within our home care agency. Your key responsibilities will include setting hiring criteria, actively searching for potential hires, and engaging with candidates throughout the hiring process. Ideal candidates will have some experience in healthcare recruiting, particularly with CNAs and caregivers, and possess strong communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage all aspects of the recruiting process, from job description creation to candidate onboarding.

    Develop and maintain job postings, defining clear job criteria and responsibilities.

    Proactively source candidates using a variety of tools and techniques.

    Engage potential hires through effective communication and follow-ups.

    Expand your recruitment network by participating in job fairs and networking events.

    Monitor recruitment metrics to refine strategies and processes.

    Establish and ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new hires.

    Qualifications:

    1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.

    3-4 years of HR experience.

    Familiarity with interviewing techniques and applicant screening.

    Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

    Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade.

    Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
