    Boost Media is a leading creative sourcing marketplace for online advertisers to source Google, Facebook, Instagram, mobile, video and ads of all formats. 

     

    The Senior Account Executive will serve as a senior member of a highly driven, collaborative selling team focused on global market expansion.

     

    The Senior Account Executive will drive MoM growth for both our AdWords/Bing paid search Optimization Platform as well as our Creative Design Platform, from our HQ office located in San Francisco.  In addition to direct sales, the Senior Account Executive will own and close “business development” deals as a senior seller on our team. We have a training program and rich sales operations process in place to support you as you kick off in this new role!

The Senior Account Executive will leverage our 5+ years of successful market penetration and best practices to hit the ground quickly and fully ramp.  This role is vital to the success of our organization and comes with a high level of both responsibility and visibility.

     

    To succeed in the position, the Senior Account Executive will have the following responsibilities:

     

    • Report to the VP of Sales
    • Work in partnership with the marketing and lead gen team to both self-source and partner to create leads, communicating with the Sr. Director of Sales Ops and Marketing on lead gen quality and process
    • Responsible for individual booking goals, monthly, quarterly, annually
    • Work closely with Customer Success, and cross-functionally, in general, to drive adoption and expansion of existing customer accounts
    • Use SFDC, track leads, opportunities, and own your individual conversion rate and quota
    • Be an expert in Boost’s Search Optimization Platform and Boost’s Creative Design Platform and operational processes
    • Negotiate contractual terms with prospects and customers

     

     

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • 5-7+ years direct selling experience
    • Experience selling into agencies
    • Experience negotiating and navigating Business Development
    • Entrepreneurial character
    • Must have a strong presence and ability to lead in-person meetings
    • Must be a committed self-starter who has the drive to succeed in a high-energy team environment
    • The ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing start-up environment
    • The ability to follow direction, collaborate effectively with Boost team, and provide thoughtful feedback
    • The ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot issues independently
    • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
    • Experience with Salesforce.com reporting
    • 4 year university degree
    • Paid social/digital marketing or software sales experience
    • A rolodex of Enterprise contacts in social or digital marketing teams a plus
