Your Day
- Successfully manage a robust pipeline of net new, inbound leads from
our well-oiled lead gen group including conducting value based
discovery calls and effective qualification in order to start a
sales cycle.
- Analyze and strategically plan white space/growth opportunities for
current mid-market installed base and conduct effective ongoing
account review sessions either remotely or in person
- Build custom account plans including a strong value proposition and
detailed engagement plans for key, mid-enterprise deals.
- Provide input of customer insights, competitive data, sales metrics
and market trends to marketing, sales management and product
management
- Effectively use competitive intel to design the right selling
strategy for active opportunities
- Maintain comprehensive dashboards that track key sales metrics and
adjust activities rapidly based on the data
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in midmarket software application sales
- Proven track record of successful high volume midmarket and/or
mid-enterprise sales, via phone and in person
- Strong understanding of business drivers used when building
effective value propositions for customers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Attention to detail including commitment to stay plugged in daily
with CRM system
- Quick learner with an interest in learning new technology and new
sales methodologies
