    Construction Administrative Assistant

    American Renovation Network Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Construction Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to our construction projects and operations, ensuring the smooth daily functioning of our fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and field crews.

    Manage project documents, including contracts, permits, submittals, and RFIs.

    Create and maintain project filing systems (both physical and digital).

    Assist with project scheduling, including creating and updating calendars and maintaining project timelines.

    Coordinate communication between project stakeholders (owners, architects, subcontractors).

    Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

    Manage travel arrangements and expense reports.

    Process invoices, track budgets, and perform other administrative tasks.

    Answer phones and emails professionally, managing incoming inquiries and directing them appropriately.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or a related field.

    Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Construction industry experience a plus.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Ability to learn CRM and Software
