    Job Description

    Join dentsu’s Creative team and blend the art and science of advertising to help clients drive share of heart AND share of wallet, so they can actually measure the performance of a given campaign. Fully embed yourself in the creative process from brief through production and grow your creative concepting and implementation skills alongside creative teams that service world-class clients every day.

    As a member of the Creative team, you will work on creative campaigns that span the range of ad formats with a focus on digital platforms including audio, video, animation for social media platforms, the web and mobile. Your work will also include some direct response media including direct mail and email, powerful ways to drive consumer response. You will work with one of dentsu’s integrated network agencies including Merkle, 360i, mcgarrybowen, and Isobar.

    CANDIDATES WILL BE ASSESSED FOR THEIR FIT IN VARIOUS TYPES OF CREATIVE ROLES, ACROSS ALL OF OUR OFFICE LOCATIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

    ASSOCIATE STRATEGIST: Conduct research to collect marketing intelligence and contribute persuasive arguments and stories throughout the creative briefing process. Immerse yourself in the creative ideation and development, combining storytelling, insights, and technology to connect brands with consumers.

    ART DIRECTOR / DESIGNER: Apply great design sense with a knowledge of digital design and development to create work that is conceptually rich and true to the brand. Brainstorm concepts, develop layouts, and help create real-life marketing campaigns.

    COPYWRITER: Collaborate with creatives to develop conceptual ideas and work that meets clients’ objectives. Translate a business need and consumer point of view into a creative solution in the form of copy – headlines, sub-heads, body-copy, calls to action, etc.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • College degree in Art, Design, Visual Communication or Creative Advertising – we also welcome candidates from non-traditional backgrounds – art school credentials and college degrees are not required
    • Comfortable in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
    • Exceptional eye for art and craft, a positive and ambitious attitude, and a willingness to roll up your sleeve
    • A PORTFOLIO OF CREATIVE WORK/CREATIVE EXAMPLES ARE REQUIRED FOR ANY CREATIVE INTERNSHIP

     

    Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position.
