    Job Description

    Dentsu X is looking to add a Manager, Client Services to our team, with one of our largest clients, a national automotive franchise company. You will work remotely and report to the Senior Manager, Client Services lead the day-to-day for the account team, collaborating to develop and execute innovative and creative solutions for the client.

    You Will:

    • Immerse yourself in the clients’ business; understand their challenges, goals, the external economic environment and industries.
    • Be the contact for our client's needs; responsible for understanding of client goals
    • Work collaboratively to translate client needs into tactical solutions
    • Create project plans to meet changing requirements
    • Work with the global team, account directors, global operations, global finance and ad ops to ensure proper forecasting, budget management, media placements and reporting
    • Coordinate internal reviews and implementation of QA efforts; socialize lessons learned and share with internal/external partners
    • Identify and text new solutions for both internal and external process changes
    • Support the creative handoff process to ensure accuracy and timeliness of launches
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience managing clients in an agency setting
    • Experience with digital performance marketing, i.e. Bought, Owned and Earned products and services such as SEM, SEO, social media management and display marketing
    • Working knowledge of digital media creative best practices

    Additional Information

    The anticipated salary range for this position is ($51,000-$80,000). Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
