Role Summary The role of eCommerce Account Specialist is to deliver the satisfaction, retention, and growth of Amazon customers. This role plays an important part in launching, onboarding and supporting Amazon accounts, obtaining valuable marketing and sales metrics, report execution, and supporting projects. This role is also utilized in other eCommerce marketing, specifically eBay. Ultimately this role contributes to the achievement of objectives through maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities The initial period will focus on building a strong foundation for an Amazon role within the online retail team, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively contribute to the team's goals:
Onboarding and Training: undergo onboarding sessions to familiarize with company policies and structure, vendor portfolio, store specifics within Amazon, eBay, and other accounts.
Data Analysis and Performance Evaluation: Learn to generate sales and marketing reports to monitor costs, profits, and YoY growth on all accounts on a timely basis. You will report on ROA, monitor advertising spend, impression and clicks, across all platforms in order to recommend action to enhance the company performance.
Growth: Creating new listings and onboarding new accounts when directed by management.
Optimization: Achieving optimal SEO across all platforms with photos, content, etc. using best practices. You will work closely with vendors to obtain needed information to complete the optimization.
Role Responsibility & Requirements ● BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field. ● 4+ years of experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals. ● Microsoft Office 365 including Teams. ● Strong analytical and multitasking skills. ● Must meet deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail. ● Knowledge and capability to execute Amazon FBA and FBM actions. ● Knowledge and capability to manage eCommerce marketing, advertising strategies. ● Must be structured, organized, and have a methodical work style. ● Must be a self-starter and able to deliver outcomes under minimal supervision.
