Westin Furniture is an industry leading provider in indoor and outdoor patio furniture. With over 20 years in the industry, our products can be found in specialty stores, department stores, home centers, and online retailers.
We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Account Assistant to manage assigned marketplace channels and develop more sales channels to help our business grow. Our brand focuses on decorative furniture.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Generate listings on Amazon, eBay, Houzz and other mass sale sites with descriptions and images that will accelerate product sales.
Ensure pricing, product description, product listings and images are updated.
Ability to write title, bullets, effective copy, product classifications, to positively impact natural results with Amazon’s algorithm
Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews.
Competitor research.
Upload and update listing images.
Provide customer service and maintenance to online customers.
Process returns and create replacements for customers.
Take photographs of merchandise and optimize using Photoshop
Will report and be under the guidance of an E-Commerce Account Manager.
Other duties as assigned
Ideal Qualifications:
2+ years of experience E-commerce
Ability to work with Adobe Photoshop
Online marketing knowledge (Amazon / eBay) similar sale sites
Strong PC skills utilizing Microsoft Office tools
Strong self-direction and initiative; willingness to take complete ownership over job activities while adjusting to quick shifts in priorities'
Experience:
Online Listing: 1 year (Preferred)
Content Writing: 1 year (Preferred)
Minimum Requirements & Preferred Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business or related majors or 2-5 years of related experience.
1 year of marketplace management experience, preferably in Outdoor Furniture or Furniture.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, required.
Goal-oriented and success-driven.
Organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
Highly self-motivated with a will to learn and train.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Familiar with Google analytics.
Familiar with Pay-Per-Click marketing.
Demonstrate ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
Excellent writing and grammar skills and typing speed of 60 wpm.
Understanding of branding and product listing on marketplaces.
