Company Overview: Mr. B Enterprises Inc. (operating as Mr. B's Festival Needs General Store) has been a staple in the music festival industry since 2008, providing on-site retail services at large-scale events like Bonnaroo, Firefly, and Electric Forest. We specialize in festival essentials—personal care items, camping gear, and more. As we expand into the digital space, we’re excited to bring on an eCommerce Manager to help grow our online presence.

Role Overview: We’re seeking a skilled and motivated eCommerce Manager to optimize our online operations. You’ll work with the CEO, web developers, and internal teams to manage the performance of two websites—our retail hub and a new multi-vendor marketplace. You’ll expand our digital footprint, grow sales, improve customer experience, implement SEO strategies, manage product listings, and facilitate brand partnerships. You will also optimize UX/UI to drive engagement and conversions. While technical website tasks are handled by our web developers, you’ll manage basic web admin tasks as needed.

If you’re passionate about web management, UX/UI design, and digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of two eCommerce websites built on WordPress/WooCommerce.

Drive sales through SEO, improve product visibility, and optimize digital marketing strategies (email, social media).

Oversee product listings: selection, descriptions, photos, pricing, and inventory management.

Collaborate with web developers to resolve technical issues and enhance performance.

Optimize UX/UI to improve customer experience and increase conversions.

Perform basic web admin tasks, such as content updates and troubleshooting.

Analyze performance using Google Analytics, identifying opportunities to increase traffic, conversions, and retention.

Develop and implement promotional campaigns, giveaways, and other customer engagement strategies.

Facilitate brand partnerships in the music festival and retail space.

Act as a liaison between the CEO, internal departments, and the web development team to keep projects on track.

Maintain the successful operations of the multi-vendor marketplace, and assist with vendor onboarding.

Stay informed on eCommerce trends, marketing strategies, and tools for optimizing UX/UI.

Monitor customer feedback and sales trends to identify growth opportunities.

    Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of experience managing eCommerce websites, particularly on WordPress/WooCommerce.

Proven expertise in SEO and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Strong knowledge of UX/UI design and optimizing user experiences for eCommerce.

Proficient in product listing management and content creation.

Familiarity with Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Ability to perform basic web admin tasks and troubleshoot site issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and able to work independently or in a team.

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Dokan Marketplace or other multi-vendor platforms.

Familiarity with ZoHo CRM and ZoHo Campaigns, or similar.

Experience with WordPress builders (Elementor, Avada).

Background in the music festival industry or familiarity with the audience.

Experience with Asana or other project management tools.

Strong knowledge of festival culture and ability to connect with niche audiences.

    Work Environment:

Primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings or work sessions at our warehouse.

A fast-paced, collaborative environment with flexibility, teamwork, and communication at its core.

Opportunities to attend live music festivals/events, if desired.

    Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year (with potential for higher compensation based on experience).

    Benefits:

    Paid Time Off (PTO)

    Retirement plan with company match

    Optional health insurance

Opportunities for professional development (e.g., courses, certifications)

Access to industry events (festivals, concerts, conferences)
