E-Commerce Specialist (Fashion Manufacturing)– What You Will Do
You will drive the daily e-commerce operations, specifically with:
- enerate and manage promotional codes to drive marketing initiatives
- Address user inquiries, manage user-generated content on review platforms, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment by investigating and resolving any delays
- Contribute to the creation of monthly promotional calendars in collaboration with the marketing and e-commerce team
- Analyze past campaign performance to continuously improve strategies
- Proactively manage and resolve customer feedback, including addressing negative reviews and addressing charge disputes with payment processors to ensure seamless transactions
- Create, maintain, and update product listings for maximum visibility and customer satisfaction
E-Commerce Specialist (Fashion Manufacturing)– Required Skills, Experience & Personality Fit
- You have experience in e-commerce marketing (email campaigns, metrics monitoring, e-commerce analytics and metrics platforms, online retail, web marketing)
- You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data
- Proficiency in PPC (pay-per-click), and Meta digital advertising (Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger)
- Strong understanding of SEO (search engine optimization)
E-Commerce Specialist (Fashion Manufacturing)– You Might Have
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or other e-commerce platforms
- Experience with apparel marketing / fashion retail
Compensation $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience.
