Our client, an eCommerce and wholesale company, is seeking an innovative eCommerce Website Director with expertise in website management, digital marketing, and optimizing eCommerce platforms to maximize traffic, sales, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online growth by overseeing website development, implementing eCommerce marketing strategies, managing PPC and SEO campaigns, and ensuring seamless user experiences that convert visitors into loyal customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end management and development of the company's eCommerce website, ensuring optimal performance, speed, and functionality.
- Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies, focusing on increasing online traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Manage Google PPC and SEO campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to maximize ROI and organic search rankings.
- Lead a team of designers, developers, and marketers to ensure seamless website updates, promotional campaigns, and content delivery.
- Collaborate with the product and inventory teams to ensure accurate listings, product availability, and smooth order processing.
- Conduct regular UX/UI reviews and A/B testing to improve the website’s navigation, layout, and overall customer experience.
- Monitor website analytics and prepare detailed reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in eCommerce, digital marketing, and website management to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce management, with a proven track record of driving online growth through website development and marketing strategies.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and SEO optimization to attract and retain qualified traffic.
- Proficient in website management platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and CMS systems, with a solid understanding of front-end and back-end website functionality.
- Experience in analyzing eCommerce KPIs, creating actionable insights, and delivering measurable improvements in revenue and customer retention.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead projects effectively.
