eLEARNING DEVELOPER:
As part of the training team, this position is responsible for the creation of key training and talent development content for initiatives throughout the CHHJ/M system. Responsibilities include being the primary role for content design and creation among the team, to include – LMS courses, animated & live action videos, graphics, and other digital needs. Additionally, the eLearning Developer will collaborate closely with the full training team to provide content and curriculum design guidance on all existing and upcoming programs and events. Lastly, this role will be accountable for the quality of all deliverables being of the highest standards and for the promoting of the H.U.N.K.S. Way of delivering exceptional service for our clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Content Design: Following the most up to date College H.U.N.K.S. Brand Guide, fulfill all new design and redesign requests in accordance with current branding standards.
· Content Creation: Collaborate closely with the Training Team and contribute to creating content in the areas of LMS courses in Rise 360 & Storyline 360, animated videos in Vyond, live action video filming and editing, photography, graphic design, and other digital needs.
· Learning Engagement: Provide meaningful guidance and feedback to the Training Team in the development process to improve both learning material attractiveness and effectiveness via information retention and skill building.
· Communication: Communicate well, with tact and professionalism, in all forms of communication – to include text, email, phone call, virtual call, and in person. This will frequently include peers, leadership, and Brand Central employees. At times, this will also include Franchise Partners and H.U.N.K.S. who work at CHHJ/M locations.
· Training Events: Support all training events from a content perspective pertaining to curriculum structure, content design, and content creation.
· Performance Team Events: Participate in Franchise Performance initiatives and events as requested by leadership (contribute to Rocks, attend meeting, etc.).
· Other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
The role involves the ongoing leveraging of technology to create efficient and simplified training processes for the system. The candidate must be proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, must be an expert in creating engaging training in Articulate 360 (including both Storyline 360 and Rise 360), and must be proficient in Adobe (including Photoshop or Illustrator, and Premiere). In addition, entry level HTML coding skills may be needed. All software and hardware will be provided at the company’s expense.
TRAVEL:
This role will have limited travel; less than 10%.
This is a remote position.
