We're looking for a creative and motivated eLearning Developer to help us grow InsurAcademy—our online school built to train the next generation of insurance professionals. You’ll create engaging, innovative digital learning experiences using tools like Articulate 360, Synthesia, and Vyond, all while ensuring content meets educational requirements.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:
Design and develop innovative eLearning solutions in alignment with InsurAcademy's strategic goals.
Collaborate with internal teams, instructors, and partners to roll out curriculum in our Learning Management System (Blue Sky).
Ensure training materials are consistent, engaging, and on-brand.
Serve as a technical expert for troubleshooting and support.
Support LMS administration including course setup, user management, and reporting.
✅ What Qualifications You Bring:
3–5 years of eLearning development experience
Expertise in designing interactive, multimedia-rich online learning (videos, animations, quizzes, simulations)
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 with advanced features
Learning management system experience, especially with course setup and user/report management
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
A passion for innovation, learning, and making a difference
💡 Bonus Points For:
Experience with Blue Sky Learning Management System
Background in the insurance industry or insurance education
Experience developing certification programs
📍 Location:
Must be able to work from our Cary, NC office at least two days a week after training.
