Job Description

The primary focus of this position is to Recruit Distribution Center employees, conduct the Onboarding and Orientation of these employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and complete all new hire documents
• Conduct Orientation into Distribution Center
• Manage company payroll process
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Accurately maintain employee files

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience recruiting at a fast-paced Staffing Agency, Human Resources, or Recruiting Firm
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
