Job Description

We are seeking a Call Center Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the services
• Answer outbound & Inbound calls.
• Connect clients to 3rd party agents
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services

• Previous experience in customer call center, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Company Description

We are currently hiring for experienced call center agents & license insurance agents to work from home. We are open from 10am to 5pm eastern time Monday - Friday off on weekends. Applicants must have a computer, headphones with mic, & good internet connection. There are bonuses and commissions to be gained plus weekly pay.
