    JOB SUMMARY The Administrative Assistant will provide full reception and administrative support to all the services provided by the Company as may be required for effective and efficient operation.

    DUTIES • Perform phone reception and client support duties during business hours of the Company (8:00AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday). • Provide administrative support, including data entry, report updating, invoicing, filing, HR and Payroll processing, maintenance and management of information held by the Company as may be required. • Learn and become proficient in providing back-up to each primary departmental function: Purchasing, Field Operations, and Accounting. • Prepare and assist in the collection of data for such monthly, quarterly and annual reports as may be required from time to time. • Perform such other duties, appropriate to the role, as may be required by the Company from time to time.

    QUALIFICATIONS The successful candidate has superior organizational skills, is self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented, Positive, and energetic. Must be a team player and have outstanding writing, editing, data entry, and proofreading skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects are essential. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and be a quick study on new computer programs. The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate that they have the necessary administrative, technical skills, experience and competence to immediately add value to the work of the Company, and to ensure the timely delivery of delegated tasks and quality services under general supervision only. The ideal candidate will: • Possess well-developed communication skills. • Be results oriented and client focused. • Be able to provide examples of having worked on their own initiative and in teams in the past. • Be capable of exercising a high degree of delegated responsibility. • Have good organizational and technical skills relevant to the role with the ability to problem solve, pay attention to detail, and deliver work to a high standard and meet tight deadlines.

    EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE • Associates Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. • Have a high degree of computer literacy - to include competence in the following Microsoft applications - word processing, spreadsheets, file management, e-mail and the internet. • At least 2-4 year’s relevant and acceptable work experience in an Administrative / Office work environment. • Excellent numeracy skills with knowledge and skills in the preparation and maintenance of proper financial records.

    DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Experience with Quick books accounting software. • Online tools including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), online calendaring and scheduling, and document management via cloud storage systems I have read and understand the job description as listed above.
