    One of the fastest growing and well-respected local royal water damage restoration is seeking a high-energy, detail oriented individual to provide support to our amazing field staff. We make a difference in people's lives every day. We need the right individual that can keep up and stay on top of our administrative needs.

    General Position Description:

    The File Manager is responsible for the administration of the project files for the company. The main responsibility of the File Manager position is data entry, coordinating the field schedules, creating and maintaining work authorizations, and file review at the end of all jobs. The File Manager is responsible for the management and completion of their assigned projects from beginning to end. What we're looking for:

    • Must be a detailed and organized person who can manage multiple projects at once
    • Exceptional Time Management Skills
    • The ability to prioritize tasks as needed
    • The ability to think critically and contribute to improving administrative processes
    • Someone who can adapt to our changing needs as we grow
    • A desire to grow and advance

    Experience: -Customer Service experience -Microsoft Excel (Preferred but not required)

    40 hours a week. Monday- Friday 7:30 A.M - 4:00 PM. What we offer:

    Salary: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
