Come join an exciting IT team supporting the vast range of technology implementations. The candidate will work closely with the End User Services team to assist in the fulfillment of customer IT requests and resolution of IT incidents.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Setup computer and peripherals on desks for new hires
- Deliver IT equipment, by request
- Assist Service Desk application for requests/incidents, process first-in first-out based on priority, and respond quickly and effectively
- Assist in Service Desk request/incident troubleshooting of IT related problems (mobile devices, PCs, Macs, printers, etc)
- Document all troubleshooting activities and resolutions within the Service Desk application.
- Follow prescribed scripts, checklists, and SOPs, ensuring that all work is complete and documented to IT Department Standards
- Assist in communication of Service Desk request/incident status with customers.
- Perform other related duties as reasonably assigned
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn new technologies quickly and take on new challenges.
- Ability to help technology users navigate the use of the technology to meet their needs
- Strong customer services and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Appreciation for free market ideals and principles of limited government
- 1 year of experience with technical systems preferred
- Pursuing degree in technology field or actively exploring career interests in IT
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
