Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join the team at our successful property management company. The Property Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of their assigned commercial and/or residential properties. As a successful Property Manager, your goals are to maintain high occupancy rates, maximize profitability, and maintain a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenant. Responsibilities

Open and prepare homes for owners

Hold open houses

Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references

Respond to tenant inquires

Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs

Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned

Prepare edit and maintain website and social media presence

maintain vehicle

maintain hot tubs and service paperwork

respond to service calls

Qualifications

Proven working experience in property management

High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Property Management experience preferred

Basic knowledge of computer software, Microsoft Excel, Office, and Quickbooks

Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills

Experience with property management software preferred

must be able to work in adverse weather conditions

must have current drivers license
