    Job Summary

    We are seeking a driven Assistant Program Director with a focus in marketing to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in driving growth and engagement for our local youth sports franchise. You will contribute to the day-to-day operations while taking a lead in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.

    Responsibilities

    Assist in the development and execution of the overall marketing plan

    Manage and implement marketing campaigns and promotions

    Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community organizations

    Contribute to the management of part-time staff and volunteer coaches

    Assist with league communications, scheduling, and roster management

    Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive team atmosphere

    Qualifications/Requirements

    Strong marketing and communication skills

    Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns

    Proficiency in social media and digital marketing

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends

    Reliable transportation with primary use
