What does your company do?

    Job Summary The Sports Operations Director works alongside the Program Director and Assistant Director to Help Kids Succeed in Life Through Sports! The SOD assist with the management of the day-to-day operations of the local sports leagues including marketing, coach recruitment, supervision of game-day operations, and customer service. In their role, SOD ensures the highest level of brand standards are executed and core concepts are continuously demonstrated.

    Responsibilities

    Assist in the execution of marketing with periodic road sign drops

    Assist in the support of league operations

    Assist in supervising part-time staff members and volunteer coaches

    Assist with Nike Kids Camp

    Assist in development of rosters, schedules, and programming for various sports

    Assist in overseeing the daily operation of youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics

    Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

    Qualifications

    Excellent communication & organization skills

    Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems

    Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players

    Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships

    Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends
