    Position Overview: Our ideal candidate shall have a dynamic personality and be sales goal oriented with passion for helping others reach their goals. Must have high energy and burning desire for overall wellness and recovery. The Sales Associate is directly responsible for achieving sales goals through exceptional guest service, marketing through social media and attending community events. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for continuing their education of our products and services as well as working as a team with other employees and maintaining safety protocols within the center. Daily content creation for multiple iCRYO social media platforms is required. 

    The Retail Sales Associate should be action oriented, sales driven, ambitious, customer service driven, cultural fit, upbeat, confident, honest, detailed and goal oriented. This person will work with the Center Manager to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and complete daily tasks. This candidate shall also possess the skills necessary to perform their duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.  

    Qualifications: 

    • 3 years sales experience with a high-volume service retailer or fitness center is preferred. 

    • Ability to work a minimum of 15-40 hours per week part time or full time on a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. 

    • Ability to work in a dynamic upscale organization. 

    • Exceptional time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multi-task. 

    • Strong customer service skills, motivated and respectful, with a demonstrated ability to be coached by management. 

    • Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers, managers, and customers. 

    • Understanding of sales goals and operations processes. 

    • Computer knowledge including, but not limited to, point-of-sale system, Microsoft office, and scheduling systems. 

    • Ability to pass an iCRYO Cryotherapy Exam following initial training. 

    • A strong understanding of the social media space, and ability to create content. 

    • Ability to create social media content throughout your shift including photos and videos.
