We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers in person & over the phone, by providing product and service information, making reservations, checking in customers, upselling and resolving any customer issues. iFLY Jacksonville is an indoor skydiving ammusment facility. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Promote product up selling & retail appearal sales.
• Make sure no customer leaves unhappy.
• Be puncual
• Assist with Birthday Parties & Events.

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Point of Sales Terminal a plus.
• Be a team player.
• Must be able to work weekends.
