    iProspect is looking to add a Sr. Manager, Client Services to their Agency team. This role is better described as a Marketing Account Manager. 

    In this role you will get to lead our internal teams and build client relationships to produce exceptional results. Assuming responsibility for client communication and team operations by developing healthy and trustworthy bonds both externally with the client and internally within the agency. You will work closely with Sr. Director, Client Services to oversee the day-to-day management of the business. This account has a heavy focus on delivery of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy and execution for a well known financial services company. 

    • Owns, manages, and grows the client relationship by building internal relationships to clearly solve client’s key business challenges
    • Reviews plans to drive greater value through innovation and better and different ways of working
    • Skillful collaborator, with a keen analytical eye capable of working across multiple lines of business (clients) and internal departments in developing strategies to help deliver again client goals
    • Analyzation skills for complex issues and to develop realistic plans, programs, and recommendations to solve client challenges
    • Strategic mindset and troubleshooting skills in a client-centric environment
    • Detail-oriented and a strong planner – excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Team Management – manages and motivates team around the clients objectives and culture
    • Enhances good client relationship(s) demonstrating trusted partnership, knowing the client’s business deeply and providing sound recommendations in collaboration with the internal, cross-functional team
    • Leads the majority of client communications, sets expectations, and manages quality of deliverables to deadline
  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Must have at least 4 years of client facing experience; ideally in an agency environment 
    • Digital experience required
    • Ability to clearly articulate digital campaign status to clients specifically around Performance Marketing / Paid Search
