    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $13.00 /hour + Sales Commission

    Training starts at $11 hourly. Once Training is completed pay rate changes to $13 hourly, plus sales commission bonus.

    (THIS JOB CAN POTENTIALLY PAY UP TO $14, ONLY IF EMPLOYEE WORK DAILY SHIFT AND MAKE ONE SALE A DAY)

    Job Duties:

    • Answer incoming customer inquiries
    • Processing inbound sales calls
    • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
    • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
    • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
    • Other duties as requested

    Requirements

    • Previous Call Center or Customer Service experience required.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
    • Ability to develop rapport and demonstrate a caring attitude.
    • Excellent data entry and internet navigation skills.
    • Clear, distinct oral and written communication skills.
    • Must be detail oriented.
    • Dynamic interpersonal and judgment skills.
    • Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
    • Sales Experience a Plus
