Summary :
As the Vice President of Global Alliances and Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in leading a large team and driving the overall alliance and channel strategy of our company. With a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to shape and execute our channel sales vision, foster strategic alliances, and create a robust partner network. Your leadership will be instrumental in accelerating revenue growth, increasing market penetration, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate closely with the executive team and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve our company's goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Alliance and Channel Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance and channel strategy that aligns with our company's overall business objectives. Define the vision, goals, and roadmap for our partner ecosystem, ensuring long-term success and revenue growth.
2. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and inspire a large team responsible for channel sales, partnerships, and alliance management. Drive a high-performance culture, mentor individuals, and provide professional development opportunities to foster growth and success.
3. Partner Network Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners, including system integrators (SIs) and ERP providers, to expand our market presence and maximize revenue opportunities. Foster relationships with key partners and establish mutually beneficial alliances.
4. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with strategic partners, serving as the primary point of contact. Collaborate on joint sales and marketing initiatives, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication channels.
5. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and channel sales initiatives. Enable and support partners in effectively selling and promoting our software solutions. Develop and implement sales strategies, programs, and incentives to motivate partners and achieve sales targets.
6. Partner Enablement: Provide guidance, resources, and training to empower partners to effectively market, sell, and support our software solutions. Ensure partners have the necessary tools and knowledge to drive successful customer engagements.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and executive leadership, to align partner initiatives with company goals. Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive successful joint initiatives, product integrations, and go-to-market strategies.
8. Performance Tracking and Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate partner performance, sales pipeline, and revenue generation. Regularly track and report on results, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
9. Industry Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to system integration and ERP. Leverage market insights to identify new partnership opportunities and drive innovation within our partner ecosystem.
