Our Intern/Management Trainee Program provides post-graduates the opportunity to gain practical marketing knowledge and experience by contributing to various client account teams in a stimulating agency environment. We are currently interviewing post-graduates only for this position.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Support account team(s) in all aspects of client program planning and execution
- Conduct market/target demographic research
- Conduct local market venue research
- Coordinate the production of creative program elements
- Coordinate with agency vendors & suppliers
- Facilitate weekly account team meetings including scheduling, note taking and agenda preparation
- Assist with program reporting and documentation to clients
- Contribute to shipping/inventory responsibilities as needed including warehouse inventory
- Assist in strategic planning brainstorms for current and potential clients
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications (preferred but not required)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in MS Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented
