Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote memberships and additional services, educologically explaining benefits and features.
- Conduct follow-ups with members to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and documentation in our system.
- Collaborate with other team members to address member concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Assist with membership drives and special events as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or member relations, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
