    Job Description

    myDigitalOffice (MDO) is a cloud-based information management platform that brings together data from multiple hotel systems, enabling hospitality professionals to access their hotels' data from one place and in real time. In addition to being the one-stop shop reporting hub for hoteliers, MDO also provides digital document and contract management services that streamline the auditing process, eliminating the need to print and store documents. MDO’s mission is to help hotels drive operational efficiencies through innovation and advanced technologies that contribute to the industry’s sustainability initiative.

    We are seeking a SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR) to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct cold calls to generate leads
    • Educate and sell company products and services to new clients
    • Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
    • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 6 months-2 years of relevant sales experience required; internship experience will be considered

    • Previous cold calling experience preferred

    • Collaborative mentality by prioritizing ‘we’ and not focusing on ‘me’

    • Results driven & competitive nature

    • Superb writing, communication, listening skills, and time management skills

    • High level of empathy - it’s important for our SDR’s to be a good person to peers and prospects

    • Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results

    • Experience with CRM and other sales technology is a plus

    • Desire to move up the ranks and become an Account Executive in the future required
