  • Responsibilities

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provides a high level HR service and strategic guidance to client groups
    • Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
    • Regularly consults with management on HR matters
    • Assists in the performance evaluation program and provides feedback
    • Responsible for all aspects of recruitment for various levels within the organization
    • Handles complex employee relations issues, conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
    • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
    • Facilitates coaching and collaborates with Talent Management to identify training needs
    • Maintains and enters data in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
    • Compiles and analyzes information to provide management with useful, actionable reports
    • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment, record keeping and reporting
    • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

    SKILLS

    • Proven ability to handle full cycle recruitment
    • Considerable experience working with management handling employee relations
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork and relationship management
    • Skilled in identifying HR needs and implementation
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple competing priorities
    • Ability to display sound judgement and provide strategic HR support

    QUALIFICATION

    • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university with strong academic record or equivalent, relevant HR experience
    • 5 + years of recent HR experience in a progressively more complex HR role
    • Strong communication skills, including written and oral communication
    • Proven ability to work independently with good initiative
    • Ability to travel to field offices with occasional overnight requirements
    • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
    • Valid Driver’s License  and acceptable pre-employment background and drug test
