    Come join an exciting company who recently moved their HQ from Orange County CA to beautiful Scottsdale. This is great opportunity to directly support CEO of a growing company.  Looking for a go-getter, who is looking to learn and grow in their career as an Executive Assistant.  

    Job Responsibilities

    • Report directly to CEO managing his email inbox and calendar, filtering out unnecessary meetings and communications, and scheduling meetings.
    • Assists drafting communications coming from the executive/manager(s), for example weekly updates and announcements.
    • Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion.
    • Works closely and effectively with other executive/manager(s) to keep CEO well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
    • Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, such as drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO’s responsibilities.
    • Planning special events and executing special projects as they arise.
    • Prepare meeting rooms/facilities and required audiovisual equipment.
    • Responsible for planning and sending invitations, meeting reminders, and maintaining RSVP for events.

    Job Qualifications

    • 2+ years of C-Suite level Executive Assistant experience - preferably CEO.
    • Previous experience working within a fast-paced or start-up environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with additional stakeholders throughout the organization;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
    • Professional and friendly demeanor.
    • Ability to balance detail with departmental goals/objectives.
    • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

     

  • Compensation
    $80,000 per year
