Our Consumer Strategy & Analytics team is focused on generating data-driven, customer-centric insights to help OpenTable drive diner growth and engagement. We are seeking a talented Web/Mobile Analytics Lead to own and oversee our portfolio of product analytics tools that are critical to our understanding of consumer behavior on our web and app products.
Reporting into the Senior Director of Consumer Strategy & Analytics, you will be responsible for defining the vision for our web and mobile analytics ecosystem and executing from strategy to implementation. You have a passion and proven track record for building and maintaining analytic platforms and integrations that unlock insights about consumer behavior. You will partner proactively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Engineering to build best-in-class analytics platforms. With a keen eye for driving actionable insights, you will define and execute the tracking and measurement roadmap to answer key analytics questions like: What are user growth and engagement trends within our conversion funnel? What and how do we track key events and attributes that uncover optimization opportunities for the consumer experience? How do we ensure quality and consistency across various data and analytics platforms?
