    At OpenTable, we’re on a mission to power great dining experiences. We’re looking for a product marketer to join the team to help shape the future of OpenTable’s consumer products. The consumer focus areas may vary depending on business need, but could include OpenTable’s desktop website, apps, reviews or loyalty program. You’ll experience end-to-end marketing as you help lead a product's journey from ideation through launch. From assisting with positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you’ll help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a loyal consumer following. This means you work with a cross-functional team across marketing communications, sales, legal, product management, engineering and more. The role enables you to help shape the product development process and future marketing strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Brainstorm and recommend ideas and strategies for go-to-market launches; may include assisting with positioning, naming, external communications strategy, and launch prep for sales and support
    • Execute marketing launch plans and campaigns with cross-functional stakeholders that help build awareness and adoption of OpenTable products
    • Analyze and recommend actions to improve achievement of company goals via marketing
    • Listen to and understand diners deeply to identify needs and provide feedback back into the marketing, product and strategic development cycles

    Skills & Experience

    • BA/BS with 3+ years of marketing experience in a tech company or fast-paced environment
    • Great written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated problem solving abilities and innovative thinking
    • Demonstrated capacity for understanding strategy and analysis
    • Track record of managing projects and working with cross-functional teams; a plus for experience with product launches and/or integrated marketing campaigns
    • A thinker and doer who can be flexible and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous situations
