We are looking for a Content Syndication Lead Specialist to join our
advertising team. In this role, you’ll be focused on the planning and
execution of the global content syndication program; driving demand with
IT practitioners focusing on cyber security. You will also engage our
campaign and regional hub leads to align demand generation initiatives
with regional plans, on a global scale. This role is responsible for the
planning, execution, optimization and success of content syndication
campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Content Syndication Lead Generation Specialist, you'll work closely
with the rest of the Marketing Team as well as external contacts to
generate thousands of qualified leads quarterly. You will:
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns through web partners
that turn into qualified prospects and pipeline.
- Manage lead uploads for content syndication programs; data
cleansing, lead attribution, Salesforce.com campaign creation, etc.
- On-board and manage lead managements tool.
- Negotiate with vendors, websites, and publishers on campaign details
to optimize ROI.
- Identify new lead generation opportunities and launch relationships
with new publishers.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize ongoing partner lead
generation campaigns.
- Manage budget; opening PO’s, invoice tracking, contract
reviews, etc.
- Coordinate with content team to drive content creation and delivery
to vendors.
- Communicate the results of each campaign.
- Manage relationships, leads, and assets on a day to day basis.
- Track and ensure agreements made between you and the vendors are
kept by holding internal teams and the vendors accountable.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience including an
understanding of the basics of digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com

- Analytic and extremely detail oriented
- Some domestic and international travel may be required
- Strong ability to interpret and share data effectively and
professionally when presenting to stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of advertising media channels (OOH, Print,
digital, etc.)
- Candidate must have outstanding presentation/communication skills
and be able to lead and offer strategic guidance to cross-functional
teams
- High-energy self-starter with a can do attitude, and ability to
learn quickly and work in a hyper-growth environment
- Experience and skills managing internal and external resources to
complete projects against strict deadlines and budget requirements
- Ability to think strategically in targeting technical audiences
while considering both data driven insights as well as behavioral
tendencies
