    We are an in-home personal training service based company, helping clients between the ages of 30-70 years old, overcome aches & pains in order to reach their health and fitness goals. Jagged Fitness LLC provides in-home personal training services throughout north New Jersey by bringing all necessary gym equipment, a personalized program & the motivation to workout, right to the client's doorstep.

    Our mobile gym service is currently seeking a Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. A Personal Trainer is responsible for creating a well-balanced personal exercise plan that meets the client's needs, monitoring the client's progress, and troubleshooting when necessary to ensure they are meeting their goals.

    Responsibilities:

    Teach clients how to use exercise equipment safely and correctly.

    Drive the mobile gym to clients for in home personal training.

    Help clients set goals and monitor their progress.

    Recommend and provide exercises based on clients' age, weight, and health status.

    Provide feedback and support to clients.

    Create workout plans according to the needs and abilities of the client.

    Recommend diet changes to clients who want to lose weight.

    Help clients achieve weight loss by eating a healthy diet and exercising.

    Sell personal training packages

    Weekly marketing efforts

    Qualifications:

    Certified Personal Trainer certification

    Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy

    Expertise in program design and body mechanics

    Experience in sports coaching and group fitness

    Ability to effectively sell fitness programs and services

    Background in physical education and health club operations

    Proven track record in assisting clients with weight loss goals

    Other Details:

    Company Vehicle supplied & associated expenses covered by Jagged Fitness LLC

    Intended full time schedule is about 40 sessions/week. In order to achieve this schedule it will require flexibility in working hours based on availability of clients.
