JOB DESCRIPTION: REGIONS CORPORATE BANKING EMERGING TALENT PROGRAM The Regions Corporate Bank Emerging Talent Program is a career-launching program for analyst positions in Regions' Corporate Bank which includes a comprehensive suite of investment banking, corporate finance and capital markets capabilities. Analysts in the Corporate Bank will have a placement option in one of three areas: Specialized Industries, Corporate Banking, and Capital Markets. The Analyst position is focused on providing analytical support to the origination and execution efforts of senior professionals. Analysts will work on transactions that provide exposure to various client industries and banking services, including mergers and acquisitions, derivatives, debt and equity placement, refinancings, dividend recapitalizations, acquisition financing and leveraged buyouts. The Analyst Development Program begins with an intensive six-week training course. During this time Analysts will develop relationships with peers from across the Corporate Bank while participating in classroom instruction from experienced Regions bankers and outside consultants on financial accounting, corporate finance, credit analysis, financial modeling, valuation and more.
