THE ROLE: As part of the Advanced Technology and Innovation Team, the successful candidate will become an integral member of a high performing, cross-disciplinary team. The environment is fast-paced, with high expectations to produce results in innovative optical sensor design for water quality monitoring. This position requires the ability to apply broad engineering expertise in the development of the next generation of optical sensors to help solve some of the most challenging global water issues. This requires the candidate to design, develop, and troubleshoot high accuracy, low power electronic circuits and PCB assemblies for use in Xylem optical sensors that will function as a platform for a host of new field deployable products. Communication skills, close, daily collaboration, and a positive attitude are keys to success in this position.
