    Job Description

    Opportunity

    The shelfAdz Billing Administrator will act as a liaison between all assigned accounts and coordinating departments, as well as the primary point of contact for the client on assigned shelfAdz billing administration work, providing answers for questions, problems and requests raised by the client. Other responsibilities are to ensure that the client receives only the highest quality of product and services, in a timely manner, has over-all accountability for the management of assigned projects and implementations of new and existing clients. Additional responsibilities include tracking project issues, providing management reporting and issues resolution tracking as well as maintaining cross-functional business expertise within Vestcom. Other responsibilities include project status and communications, while establishing and maintaining relationships with all concerned parties. shelfAdz Billing Administrator work will include support across Retail and CPG clients.

    ► Key Areas of Responsibility

    • shelfAdz Billing Administrator for all assigned accounts.

    • Ensures total client satisfaction, through the timely & accurate completion of shelfAdz billing submission to Accounting.

    • Prepare and maintain data related to shelfAdz billing submission to Accounting.

    • Regular communication with internal & external stakeholders in support of shelfAdz billing

    • Reviews production reports and SOWs for accuracy & proactively works with internal Vestcom stakeholders to resolve any issues

    • Proactively develops business solutions and process improvements for shelfAdz billing with minimal supervision.

    • Ensures compliance with internal policies, procedures and internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes- Oxley Act 2002 Section 404.

    Qualifications

    ► Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or similar field from four-year College or three years related business experience and/or training in client service; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and other associates required.

    • Must possess the ability to be diplomatic with challenging clients.

    • Skill in effectively utilizing a variety of software programs including: Google Suite, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, ERP, and retail and client specific proprietary software required.

    • Must be able to pay close attention to detail, adapt to a fluctuating work/team environment and be flexible.

    • Excellent problem solving skills and being proactive in resolving issues are needed with the ability to react to changes in standard operating procedures and implement quick and accurate decision making.
