WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: We are excited to announce that the first Skoah Facial Shop is opening in Phoenix - Paradise Valley in January of 2024! We are looking for passionate and energetic Estheticians (Skin Care Trainers) to join us on our journey and grow their career at our new Phoenix-Paradise Valley location! We can offer career advancement opportunities for individuals who are eager to learn and challenge themselves daily to exceed expectations. The skoah krew is the heart and soul of our organization, well-trained in the skoah way of customer service and product knowledge. Goal-oriented, professional, and ecstatic to educate our customers.

Compensation of $15.00-$18.00 per hour or commission on service revenue. Based on what is more beneficial to the employee.

Job Summary (WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR):

‘Skin Care Trainer’ is skoah-speak for an Esthetician. Our Skin Care Trainers provide our customers with high-performance skincare products and attentive skin care workouts, generating lasting results and building long-term customer relationships. From recent esthetics graduates with little or no experience to experienced estheticians, we provide the extensive product knowledge, facial protocol and customer interaction training you need to succeed. We are looking for amazing people to join us on our journey and grow their career at our brand new skoah Phoenix-Paradise Valley location!

QUALIFICATIONS:

Licensed to practice esthetics in the state of Arizona is a MUST

Dual Licensed in Massage Therapy a PLUS (but not required)

Ability to work flexible hours per week (16-30 hours) and flexible to work mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experienced estheticians and new graduates

Obsessive about hands-on facial practice

Intuitive, emphatic and are passionate about taking great personal care of people

Experience in gua sha and / or advanced facial massage

Considers the facial a part of a person’s wellness routine and not just an occasional indulgence

Can utilize great body mechanics in order to provide services that are both beneficial to the guests while being healthy for the esthetician

Effectively communicates with customers regarding their skin care regime and the efficacy of skoah products — ability to recommend and sell products to customers

Takes responsibility for the care and satisfaction of the customer during their treatment and always maintains confidentiality

Performs according to shop objectives and requests; actively builds clientele, and customer retention

Are innovative trouble-shooters who can think on their feet and provide customer-oriented solutions

Team players who love to make others feel amazing and strive to create a fun atmosphere with a supportive group of fellow krew members

The skoah facial shop “krew” is the heart and soul of our organization, well-trained in the skoah standard of customer service and product knowledge. Krew members receive competitive compensation, and a variety of perks like product sales commission, monthly facials, and discounts on products.
