We are looking for a SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT who will advise our customers
on superior talent branding solutions. In this quota-carrying role, you
will enable talent acquisition professionals to attract and connect with
potential candidates in LinkedIn’s network of professionals to hire the
very best. This role is responsible for training and enablement of
external customers and internal LinkedIn sellers, as well as
facilitating go-to-market strategies for new products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with customers to understand hiring, talent branding
objectives and challenges
- Partner with a wide range of internal
sales/marketing/product/operations functions to develop thoughtful
solutions to our customers’ talent branding challenges
- Leverage a wide variety of internal data sources to distill
meaningful customer insights
- Propose multi-product talent branding solutions and assist sales
team in closing business
- Prioritize a book of cross-vertical accounts based on customer
readiness, budget, need; balance time spent between high touch
strategic accounts and impacting the business at scale
- Evangelize winning sales strategies and conduct regular training
sessions to cultivate a best-in-class solution sales team
- Contribute thought leadership and expertise on product marketing
questions, customer success stories and general industry knowledge
for the Sales team and clients
- Maintain a deep understanding of LinkedIn’s entire hiring product
portfolio
- Educate and up-level peer set on industry, product and soft skills
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of sales/marketing/consulting experience in HR technology,
media, or analytics
- BA/BS degree in related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passion for talent acquisition & human capital; working knowledge of
human capital management and the larger talent ecosystem
- Proven success selling and consulting on talent acquisition,
recruiting, HR solutions including: intelligence/analytics
platforms, data-driven branding/media solutions
- Expert proficiency in telling a concise, meaningful story from
complex data and customer analytics
- Proven success closing business and implementing go to
market strategies for new lines of business
- Work experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or relevant
businesses
- Work experience in management consulting, product management and/or
social media marketing
- Able to effectively collaborate
with cross-functional sales/product/analytics/marketing teams
- Able to both “lead and follow” on sales opportunities; agility in
ambiguous customer engagements
- Superior written/verbal communication; compelling storyteller and
presenter
- Superior time management skills
- Dynamic personality and leadership ability
