    We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and experienced Senior Performance Consultant to create high-impact sales enablement solutions for our Global Sales Organization. 

      

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Partner with the Sales Excellence project team to build our future Sales resources learning environment  

    • Serve as a key partner to the Sales Readiness team and establish a trusted partnership in developing sales learning strategies 

    • Work closely with Learning Development team to build future state learning environment 

    • Align sales learning strategies with key business priorities and performance targets 

    • Collaborate closely with Sales Performance Consultants within Sales Readiness located in all regions to ensure we scale globally, think locally 

    • Collaborate closely with other internal subject matter experts (e.g., Insights, Sales Operations) and external vendors (when applicable) to execute against sales leadership strategies

     

     

    Basic Qualifications 

    • 5+ years of program management experience driving sales training and broader sales effectiveness programs

     

     Preferred Qualifications 

    • MBA/MS/MA 

    • SAAS 

    • Experience leveraging standard eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Brainshark, etc.) and web-based meeting tools (WebEx, LiveMeeting, Go-to-Meeting, etc.) to create instructionally sound learning programs is desired 

    • 5+ years Enterprise and SMB sales experience as a top performer 

    • Highly proficient at building strong, lasting relationships with senior level sales managers 

    • Excels in execution, establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment 

    • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute 

    • Proven success at partnering with cross functional teams 

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

    • Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and self-directed  

    • Expert in MS Office applications - primarily Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project
