Job Description

VHF INC. is seeking a TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE​ - DENTAL CNC MACHINES to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as first point of contact for our business partners for the servicing of their dental milling and grinding machines

• Provide second and third level support for these machines via phone, email, webchats, remote control, etc.

• Independently supervise incoming support cases from initial contact through solution, and maintain historical documentation and evaluation of support cases.

• Occasionally provide independent repair and maintenance work on machines.

• Cooperate closely with our experts from the vhf headquarters in Germany regarding improvements

• Provide content support to our technical editors in creating new service documents related to the testing of manufacturing software.

• Initiate sales for our portfolio of spare parts and accessories

QUALIFICATIONS:

• DEGREE IN A TECHNICAL FIELD OF STUDY, OR EXPERIENCE IN RELATED TECHNICAL FIELD
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, polite and solution-oriented customer service skills
• English proficiency
• Willingness to travel within the U.S., as well as to the vhf headquarters in Germany
• Ability to work successfully, both independently, as well as part of a team
• High level of motivation and ability to work well under pressure
• Fluency in Spanish or French a plus.
